I've never really been sold on midi skirts before, I own one other, and it's a rare occasion when it gets dragged from my wardrobe.
Although I'm lucky enough to have long legs which I personally think aren't too bad, I've always felt that midi skirts just don't flatter me, they appear to chop my legs off and being tall already, I tend to go for the flat option in the shoe department, which never seem to compliment this skirt length.
But I was trawling through Missguided one day, and I don't know whether it was the colour, the texture, or simply the sheer beauty of the skirt but I found myself putting it into my basket, and the next thing I knew I was trying it on at home.
I will admit, I'm still not 100% convinced purely not being able to work flats with them, but for the times when I want to pull out my heels, this skirt is a necessity!
