My mum moaned at me for this outfit. 'It's not summery enough!!'
Mother, we live in England, it's hardly California sunshine, and as is usually the case, it was a very windy day where sleeveless tops were not permitted!
As I said in a few posts back (here) I have discovered a love for waistcoats that is strong, but I don't want to be restricted to sunny days for when I can wear them. So I layered it up with a simple long sleeved, high neck crop, threw in a floral skirt so the season is not lost and I love this look!
Even in summer, layering is possible (and sometimes necessary)!!
